i love that book. this expression really makes me think of it, too. it embodies his selfishness and anger at everything that stood in his way. a real charmer..
Super image and statue, it looks very Roman. Although I don't know abou the book you mentioned.

@Observing: The picture of dorian gray, by oscar wilde. basically its about a stunningly handsome lad who essentially "sells his soul" for eternal youth. Instead of showing on his own appearance, the wrinkles, signs of aging and marks of evil deeds show up on a painting done of dorian. It sounds a little out there, especially for its time, but i'd say that its worth a read.
